The Rooms Team at Grand Hyatt Kauai is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused PBX Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls to the resort and providing exceptional phone service.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should be comfortable answering questions relating to the hotel and be able to provide accurate information to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls to the resort and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide accurate and helpful information to guests regarding hotel amenities, services, and policies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field

- Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
