Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist in ordering as necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods such as banquets or special events.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and payments efficiently.
- Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and sales promotions to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the restaurant or fine dining industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is essential.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
