As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to balance and verify all daily transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with guest relations, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle any guest requests or issues that may arise during the night shift
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in languages commonly spoken by our guests
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred, but training will be provided
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and reporting
