The Maintenance Person will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest suites, meeting spaces, and front-of-the-house areas. Guest suite and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. The Maintenance Person will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one-year of building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment,
• Good communication skills
• Good customer skills are also required.
• Must be able to lift, pull, and push up to moderate weight.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.
