Job Summary
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that the hotel runs efficiently and effectively. The Operations Manager is directly responsible for overseeing, Front Desk and Restaurant operations.
Duties
- Hire, train and supervise: Front Desk Associates, Lobby Bar Attendants, Restaurant and Kitchen staff.
- Supervise daily operations of the front desk, bar, kitchen and restaurant.
- Lead staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Oversee initiatives, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Ensure Hyatt Brand Standards and Guest Service scores are at expected levels.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align operational capabilities.
- Manage resources effectively to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
Skills
- Prior hotel front desk and food and beverage leadership required.
- Strong planning abilities to set both short and long-term goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
