Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information regarding hotel services and amenities.
- Create memorable experiences and provide exceptional service to all guests.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages to appropriate staff members.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Promote hotel services and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
