Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring all staff provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive guest relations.
- Oversee room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs while ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Oversee food and beverage operations including ordering, training, and execution
- Train, supervise, and evaluate front desk staff to foster a high-performance culture focused on guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared and maintained according to established standards.
- Assist in budgeting processes for the room division, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-control measures.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, occupancy rates, and revenue reports.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong background in front desk operations with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with phone systems and effective phone etiquette is required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes within the hospitality sector is preferred.
