What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle Driver - Part Time position at Hyatt Place Hyatt House Allentown?
The Hyatt House/Hyatt Place Allentown is looking for a shuttle driver to join their team.
Employee's main position will be van driver, but could be asked to fill in other departments during peek times; such as breakfast, laundry, houseman, etc.
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner immediately upon interaction.
- Transport guests safely to and from their locations by driving the company shuttle van.
- Provide information regarding the local community upon request.
- Load and unload guest luggage and other materials.
- Report vehicle mechanical problems immediately.
- Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
- Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
- Work as a Bell Attendant during staffing shortages or peak check/in out periods.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Weekend availability STRONGLY preferred - early morning, day and evenings.
Must be able to pass background & MVR check and be 25 years or older.
