As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue and guest satisfaction. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction while soliciting new and returning business to exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate sales accounts, ensuring consistent success in meeting and surpassing room revenue targets.
- Represent our property with enthusiasm and professionalism at events, sales blitzes, and more!
- Daily prospecting required, weekly cold calling required
- Prior hotel sales experience of 3 years required
Key Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekends only if necessary to meet client needs).
- Duties: In-house and outside prospecting, attending branded and revenue calls, submitting weekly recaps, and collaborating with the Area DOS on quarterly sales blitzes.
- Requirements: Strong knowledge of the local area and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
