Position Overview:
As a Night Auditor at Hyatt Place, you will oversee the hotel's night operations, balancing guest satisfaction with administrative tasks, including financial reconciliation. You are the main point of contact for our guests, ensuring their comfort and safety during the night hours. You'll maintain the welcoming, hospitable environment Hyatt Place is known for while ensuring financial accuracy and smooth operations at the start of each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries or requests, providing helpful and accurate information.
- Ensure the security and comfort of guests during the night, handling any issues with discretion and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including setup for breakfast service.
- Financial Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly financial audits, including balancing room charges, verifying revenue reports, and processing payments.
- Complete end-of-day reports and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate daily financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Administrative Duties:
- Monitor property safety and security, conducting property walks and identifying any areas of concern.
- Manage front desk operations, including taking reservations, handling cancellations, and processing late check-outs.
- Assist in daily setup of meeting rooms or event spaces, as needed.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any guest requests or room issues.
- Communicate with incoming morning staff to ensure a smooth handover of duties and updates.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
