A Day in the Life of a Front Desk
As a Front Desk Agent you will be responsible for helping the General Manager with the daily operations of our hotel. You will have many opportunities to put your skills into practice, one of those being customer service; ensuring that our wonderful guests have the greatest experience possible is our focus, and you will assist our guest and our team to a happy, healthy, hospitable atmosphere.
As a Front Desk Agent you will receive information and knowledge to further perfect your abilities and skills; this is a great opportunity for you to not only demonstrate and communicate policies and procedures but also to inspire and motivate yourself and others. Your productivity and promptness will be beneficial in this area and will help our hotel reach its full potential and vision that we have.
You will come to know the great people that make up our staff and will meet with them regularly to set goals to help them better themselves as employees. With your welcoming and reassuring personality, you will demonstrate poise and confidence when interacting with the happiest to the challenging of guest. You will help your team to exude compassion, understanding, and professional playfulness, in order to accommodate our guests needs as they entrust the most important aspect of their getaway to our organization.
