Our Banquet Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all beverage service aspects of a banquet events, including managing the beverage staff, ensuring proper setup and service of drinks, coordinating with the banquet team to meet client needs, and maintaining quality standards while adhering to liquor laws and regulations.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all beverage service aspects of a banquet event, including managing the beverage staff.
- Possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills.
- Support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities.
- This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, and interviewing.
- Must demonstrate fundamental beverage knowledge and ensure that each Banquet Event is equipped with the essential supplies.
- This position plays a significant role in the overall performance of the beverage outlets, which includes product quality and service standards.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
