Summary
The ideal candidate for the human resource manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities will be focused on training/development, benefits administration & coaching and counselling but also will include recruiting, compensation, retention and safety. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. This person must have the ability to run a human resource office in the Director's absence.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- 2 or more years of human resource or operations management experience preferred
