This seasonal position will end October 2025.

This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the resort and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The PBX Telephone Operator must work well handling a high volume of calls. The PBX Telephone Operator should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls, including guest calls, internal calls, and external calls, promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to guests and employees regarding hotel services, hours of operation, local area information, and directions.
- Process wake-up call requests and deliver messages accurately and on time.
- Maintain an updated and accurate directory of employees, departments, and other essential contacts.
- Respond to emergency calls and coordinate communication with security or relevant personnel as needed.
- Ensure the confidentiality of guest information and adhere to data privacy standards.
- Relay guest requests to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain proper operation of the PBX equipment. Report any issues to IT or management.
- Keep logs of all emergency calls, complaints, and other relevant information accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with other front office duties as needed.

Qualifications
