What You'll Do:
- Recreation supervisors play a crucial role in creating enjoyable and enriching recreational experiences at the hotel.
- Assist in managing the overall operations of the Recreation Department within the hotel.
- These activities could include beach, indoor/outdoor pools, waterslides.
- Coordinating special events/holiday programs and child activities.
- Interviewing
- Training of colleagues.
- General guidance to colleagues throughout shift.
- Maintaining equipment.
- Ensuring the safety of guest and colleagues.

Qualifications
- Require CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard Certification.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior experience supervising in an equivalent capacity is desired for this position.
- Basic computer skills with ability to learn new programs and software.
- Good physical stamina to walk long distances throughout shift.
- Must be able to lift a moderate amount of weight, push, and pull moderate weight.
- Schedule availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
