***Flexible Scheduling
We offer our room attendants the flexibility to choose when to start their day while increasing their work and home life balance. The housekeeping “flextime” program, provides a model where room attendants can begin or end their shift earlier or later than the traditional starting or end time, after full completion of designated credits.
Room Attendants may choose to start their shift between 7:00am and 9:00am but must work their full 8 hour shift and/or complete their designated credits for the day. This also includes checking in with their manager before departing for the day.
