Because we are looking for an Event Administrative Assistant!
What does the ROLE entail?
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the Event Managers and Director of Events.
- Multitasking and working with multiple projects as needed.
- Conduct administrative duties for events as needed.
- Daily office administrative duties using multiple computer programs.
- Assist with internal and external correspondences.
- Provide strong and efficient support for all aspects of the position.
- Interacting with various departments

Your EXPERIENCE:
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Unafraid of event related tasks, projects and responsibilities
- Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized
- Typical Work schedule is Monday through Friday with an occasional evening or weekend Day
- Previous Events and/or hotel experience preferred
- A fun and energized person
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a team orientated environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, able to utilize and navigate across multiple systems
