Join us for this incredible opportunity at Hyatt Regency Dallas, which is located downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower. The Executive Steward is an integral part of the Food & Beverage team. This person supervises the day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department. As an Executive Steward, you will be responsible for the coordination of total maintenance, sanitation, safety, cleanliness and organization in all food production and service areas. Additional duties includes scheduling, management, and training of staff. As well as food delivery, food recovery, ordering and inventories.
