We are seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator to join our Revenue team at the Hyatt Regency DFW, located across from Terminal C at DFW Airport. The Hyatt Regency DFW features 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of function space and is a part of the Global Hyatt Hotels Managed portfolio.

The Group Reservations Coordinator will report directly to the Assistant Director of Revenue and will play a key role in managing group reservations and supporting the daily Reservations checklist.
The Group Reservations Coordinator will be responsible for
- managing group reservations and group room inventory as part of the event planning process.
- Ensuring group reservations and blocks are entered & maintained accurately.
- Maintaining relationships with Event Managers and clients up to arrival, for all matters pertaining to guest room usage.
- Managing rooming list entry and changes and tracks the inventory for individual call-in groups.
- Detailing Group Resumes, complete routing, billing, and auditing for group reservations.
- Reservations duties & responsibilities outside of managing group room blocks, including answering calls, maintaining systems accuracy, working closely with managers for VIP and corporate reservations, and more.
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
