What are the responsibilities and job description for the EVENT CONCIERGE (ON-CALL) position at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa?
Summary
Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays. This is an ON-CALL position.
Training: Possibility of up to 40 hours of training provided on candidates first week of employment. After training this person will be scheduled on as need basis.
Role

The Event Concierge is the liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.
