Role
As a Female Spa Reception Agent (Full-Time), you will play a key role in creating a serene and welcoming environment for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include managing spa reservations, assisting with guest registration, and overseeing the ladies' locker room to ensure it remains tidy and inviting. You will process various forms of payment, such as room charges, credit cards, and cash, while delivering exceptional customer service.
In addition to handling spa bookings, you will provide personalized recommendations for spa treatments and wellness products, whether it's a luxurious spa package or a specific treatment tailored to individual needs. As the final point of contact, you will help ensure a memorable and authentic spa experience for all guests.
