As a Food Runner, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring each dish reaches the correct guest promptly and accurately. You'll work closely with servers and kitchen staff to verify orders, accommodate special requests, and maintain the highest presentation standards. In this fast-paced role, clear communication and attention to detail are essential, as you'll help manage the flow of service while anticipating guest needs.
Beyond delivering food, you'll assist with table maintenance, refilling beverages, and keeping service areas clean and organized. Additionally, responsibilities of this role include supporting with our Fixin' To-Go (in room dining) offerings. This includes delivery food and beverage orders to guest rooms. Your ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and engage warmly with guests contributes to a seamless and memorable dining experience.
