Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Front Office Team as a Front Office Host/ PBX at Hyatt Regency Houston-Downtown located in Houston, TX.
This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the hotel and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The PBX Telephone Operator must work well handling a high volume of calls. The PBX Telephone Operator should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel. This position will also give you exposure to the Front Office Operation during high demand business levels. The PBX Operator will support all areas of the Front Office operation as needed, including working as a Front Desk Agent as needed. Front Desk Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

Qualifications
