The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and colleagues. This person will follow safety and security standards by :
- Patrolling the property to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues and to protect all hotel assets.
- Reporting and completing incident reports.
- Responding to medical emergencies on property.
- Administering first aid / C.P.R. as necessary.
- Assisting guests with key assists and access to their room
- Initiating and following up on all investigations of crimes committed against property and persons.
- Assisting with other duties as directed by the Operations Manager or Director of Operations.
- Delivering requested items to guest rooms
- Monitoring CCTV cameras
