- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests in the dining room and bar area
- Offer menu and drink recommendations with enthusiasm and knowledge
- Ensure orders are accurate, timely, and delivered to Hyatt service standards
- Engage in casual, warm conversations to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
- Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to support a smooth flow of service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

- Previous serving experience in a high-volume or casual restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weight
