Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures.
Accurately process payments and maintain secure cash handling procedures.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Promote hotel services, features, and local area attractions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Uphold all Hyatt policies, standards, and procedures.
Qualifications

- Refined verbal and written communication skills
