As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the service team by ensuring tables are properly set, food is delivered promptly, and guests receive attentive service. Responsibilities
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner to maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Refill water glasses and ensure guests have necessary dining essentials.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Support servers with additional tasks such as running food, restocking stations, and assisting with special requests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and transport up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
