Summary

As a Seasonal AM Greeter at Osteria Sierra, you’ll be the first point of contact for our breakfast and brunch guests, welcoming them warmly and ensuring smooth seating and flow of service throughout the morning.
This role is perfect for someone with a bright attitude, great communication skills, and a love for connecting with people in a fast-paced dining environment. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized start to each guest's day.

- Greet all guests with a warm and genuine welcome as they arrive for breakfast service
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using the restaurant seating system
- Escort guests to their tables and communicate timing or special requests to the service team
- Assist with menu presentation, answering basic questions about offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
- Support the restaurant team with light duties as needed during peak times
- Ensure guests leave with a fond farewell and assist with any final service touchpoints
Qualifications
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Positive and outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Previous host/greeter or restaurant experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
