Key Responsibilities:
- Seamless Coordination: Maintain constant communication with the Front Office and Valet teams to ensure guests are promptly escorted and their luggage and personal items are efficiently transported to and from their rooms.
- Guest Comfort: Ensure guests are comfortable with their accommodations and well-informed about room features and offerings.
- Engaging Interactions: Utilize this highly visible role to engage in casual conversations, offering hotel or local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
This position pays a base wage of $10/hr and may receive tips. Open availability, including weekends and holidays is required for this role.

Qualifications
- A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Guest Relations and/or Customer Service experience is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
