Summary
The Golf Guest Services Attendant is pivotal in crafting an exceptional golf experience for our esteemed guests and members. As the initial and final point of contact within our golf operations, this role demands impeccable personalized service and name recognition, ensuring an unparalleled golfing journey. Additionally, the upkeep of carts, the bag drop, staging areas, practice zones, and surrounding grounds must meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master the procedures for the role and possess a thorough understanding of the golf industry and terminology.
- Assist guests with the movement, cleaning, and storage of golf equipment upon their arrival and departure.
- Maintain the Cart Barn and all related work areas in pristine condition.
- Facilitate and optimize play on the golf course.
- Provide exceptional service to guests at every opportunity, including the parking lot, staging area, and driving range.
This position reports to the Assistant Golf Professional.

Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license is required with a clean driving record.
- Refined verbal communication skills are required.
- Must have an open and flexible schedule that includes: early morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must be comfortable standing for the majority of an 8-10 hour shift.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including hot, humid, cold, windy and raining.
- Knowledgeable or an understanding of the game of golf a plus
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
