Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Take and upsell guest requests for Room Service with a warm and engaging approach.
- Timely Service: Present guest food and beverage preferences promptly and at the perfect temperature.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by clearing guest floors and landings.
- Versatility: Assist in other areas as needed, showcasing your flexibility and team spirit.
- Casual Conversation: Engage in friendly conversations with guests, enhancing their overall experience with your unique style and service attributes.
- Preparation & Maintenance: Handle general in-room dining preparation, remove serving trays, and ensure a tidy space.

Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Experience: Previous serving experience is preferred
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all guest requests are met with precision and care.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with other departments to provide seamless service.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certifications: TABC and Texas Food Handler certifications are required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have physical stamina to walk long distances and lift moderate amounts of weight
