Mavericks Roadhouse at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Seasonal Bartender to join our team. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a bartender, you will craft delicious beverages and provide exceptional service in a lively and welcoming atmosphere. This position will require open availability including weekends and holidays through September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events and functions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Open availability through September 2025
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- TABC and Food Handler certification is required.
