Heartwood House at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Servers to join our team through September 2025. Early morning availability is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu/buffet items, and make recommendations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders from the kitchen to the guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Texas Food Handler certification.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Full open availability through September 2025 is required.
