Heartwood House at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Servers to join our team through September 2025. If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and enjoy working in a beautiful resort setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Early morning availability is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu/buffet items, and make recommendations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders from the kitchen to the guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Texas Food Handler certification.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Full open availability through September 2025 is required.
