The Event & Catering Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional service to meeting planners and guests. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can think ahead and anticipate the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Meeting Room Inspections to ensure total satisfaction with facilities and equipment per client specifications
- Provide added services to repeat customers who have hinted at specific preferences
- Meet and Greet Site inspections when possible to build relationships with clients
- Confirm that VIP rooms are set accordingly to meet client expectations
- Maintain constant contact and communication with guests throughout their stay
- Learn group programs in detail to provide personalized service
Service Essentials:
- Greet every guest with a smile and use their name at every opportunity
- Provide quick and efficient service while offering assistance and options
- Thank guests and invite them back to demonstrate appreciation for their loyalty
