In this role, you will oversee the coordination of events and catering services, working closely with meeting planners, hotel staff, and vendors to guarantee seamless service delivery. Your expertise will ensure that all function rooms meet the highest standards, and that clients receive personalized attention throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Double-check all function rooms prior to start time to ensure total satisfaction with facilities and equipment.
- Monitor the planner's personal and practical needs throughout their stay, solving possible pitfalls and seeing opportunities before they occur.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to confirm VIP room settings and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide added services to repeat customers who may have hinted to something previously.
Requirements:
