The On-Call Banquet Server is responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions. They make sure function space is visually appealing and present the menu offering for the event. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment. WAGE: The wage for this position varies and will be based on shift pay plus service charges.

Qualifications
- Previous banquet/event serving experience
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined communication skills
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Must have physical stamina to stand for an extended time during shift
- Must have an open and flexible schedule which may include day, nights, weekends, and holidays
