We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our weekend breakfast team.

As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or other items as needed, and ensuring that all dining areas are well-stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments.
- Support kitchen staff by transporting dirty dishes to the kitchen and returning clean dishes to the dining area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus; training will be provided as needed.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or moving furniture as necessary.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about catering and bussing operations within our establishment.
