Hyatt Regency New Orleans has a world-class Employee Dining Room, and we are looking for an Employee Cafeteria Supervisor that is a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing the best Experience to our associates with the support or the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director, and assuring quality of food and presentation. Duties of this position include but are not limited to maintaining control of the food quality in the employee cafeteria and to follow all processes in place. The ideal candidate has a very good relationship between departments; the ability to learn can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills. Organizational and communication skills are essential attributes for this position as well as the ability to focus on the customer and adapt to changes while maintaining quality and a good productivity.

Qualifications
