Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Event Setup Leadership Team as our Assistant Event Setup Manager! The Assistant Event Setup Manager will support our multi-property cluster comprised of Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.
The Assistant Event Setup Manager will work closely with the leaders of the Event Services (Banquets) & Event Setup teams, to set up an outstanding experience for our guests and Meeting Planners. This leader will oversee the set-up of the rooms for meetings and banquets, ensure equipment is in working order and properly maintained, and that the setup team has the tools and resources to be successful. This leader will also be responsible for the training of staff, completing payroll and scheduling, and assisting with hiring needs.
The salary range for this position is $77,968.80 to $86,600. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

Qualifications
- Hospitality, Event, and/or Food & Beverage leadership experience preferred
- Must be available to work a varying schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
