Qualifications
- Prior hospitality experience strongly preferred, hotel operational experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with social media and content creation programs such as Canva
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to reach a common goal
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
