The Reservations Agent's primary responsibility is to handle guest room reservation requests, room blocks, details and other items in relation to reservations for groups and guests of the hotel. This person must have excellent and refined communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask, and work well with others. They must also be comfortable using Microsoft programs, including email and other systems and technology. They will spend a few days at each hotel every week.

The hourly rate for this position is $21.50, increasing to $22.50 in March.
