- Training, scheduling, and payroll
- Short- and long-term planning
- Developing, recommending, and adhering to the budget, labor cost plans, and objectives
- Management of inventory
- Ensuring the inspection program is consistently maintained and inspecting rooms daily
- Working closely with vendors to assure proper pricing, delivery, and maintenance
- Assuring all safety, security, OSHA, and ADA policies and procedures are followed
- Maintaining proper staffing levels to achieve customer service goals
- Coaching and motivating colleagues to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures
The salary range for this position is $91,200 to $95,700 (commensurate with experience).

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- 4 years or more of progressive hotel leadership experience including Housekeeping, and as a department head, preferred
- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service, and ability to improve financial results
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
- Knowledge of the latest housekeeping and laundry technology
- Experience purchasing linens and housekeeping supplies
- Experience with turndown service, special needs of VIP Guests, foreign dignitaries, etc.
