- Minimum 1-2 years of pastry preparation experience, with a solid understanding of fine dining standards.
- A Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Pastry is preferred but not required.
- Strong creativity, organization, and self-motivation.

- Must be able to work early mornings (as early as 4:30 AM), weekends, and holidays as needed.
