What are you responsible for?
This position is responsible for diagnosing Commercial Food Service Equipment, Fryers, Grills, Ovens, beverage equipment, refrigeration equipment and ice machines in a safe efficient and timely manner. They will also oversee the maintenance of back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, and mechanical systems. Individual must possess a strong background and knowledge of such systems.

Qualifications
How do you know if this job is for you?
- 1yr of Commercial Food Service Equipment Maintenance
- You must have a minimum of 2 years Mechanic experience
- You have preferably worked in a hotel setting
- You must have electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC Knowledge
- Basic computer skills and be able to navigate a handheld device.
