Hyatt Regency Tamaya is excited to announce that we are currently recruiting fine dining cooks, for our upcoming reopening of Corn Maiden.
The Corn Maiden offers some of the best views in New Mexico. There's simply nothing like enjoying spectacular views of the Sandia Mountains with equally spectacular food.
Named for the honored symbol of the Santa Ana Pueblo, Corn Maiden will offer unique dishes, created from locally produced ingredients, including those from our own garden.
This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling.
As a Fine Dining Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our fine dining restaurant. You will collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and visually appealing menu items, ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and adhere to food safety regulations. Your passion for culinary arts and attention to detail will contribute to a memorable dining experience.
