Summary
The Housekeeping Floor Manager is responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities of maintaining the guest rooms, guest hallways, back of house service closets, elevator landings and house-call organization. They will provide impactful leadership and support the team of Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendants, House Attendants, and Guest House Call Attendants, within their respective tower assignments. This position will assure quality standards, superior guest satisfaction, enhancement of organization throughout the guest floors, and drive improvements within the department. The responsibilities of our Tower Manager will include but not limited to the assisting of the overall operations in the housekeeping department. Duties may also include assigning cleaning tasks and areas to housekeeping staff, monitoring staff performance, inspecting rooms, hallways, lobbies, and common areas for cleanliness and order, managing inventory and ensuring supplies and equipment availability, organizing employee shifts and training, checking private and public areas for tidiness.
Essential Duties
The salary range for this position is $57,000 to $62,000.

Essential Duties
- Inspect a number of guest rooms per day, providing on the spot coaching, when necessary, in an effort to consistently deliver a clean and pristine hotel.
- Maintain regularly scheduled cleaning programs guest corridors and service closets as well as periodic special projects such as floor care, deep cleaning, Ice Machine room cleaning, and guest sign/direction updates.
- Work with House call associates to ensure proper par levels and that organization is kept for guest request items within specified areas throughout the resort.
- Create and maintain a professional, respectful and engaging work environment for resort associates that fosters a professional and respectful environment.
