Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate service of food and beverages to guests poolside
- Maintain knowledge of all menu offerings, including food, cocktails, beer, and wine
- Recommend selections to guests based on preferences and seasonal highlights
- Engage guests with casual, friendly conversation to enhance their poolside experience
- Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting pool service area before, during, and after service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring compliance with local and resort regulations
- A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays in an outdoor environment for extended periods
- Must have the physical stamina to lift moderate weights
- Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
