Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Set up and maintain pool areas, including towels, chairs, and umbrellas.
- Monitor pool safety and enforce hotel policies.
- Assist with recreational activities and guest engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, lounge areas, and equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and report any maintenance needs.
- Open availability, including weekends, evenings and holidays
