The Recreation Coordinator will make sure that the daily operations are a success.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure all guest correspondence is answered professionally and promptly.
- Reserve pool and beach umbrellas, palapas, and cabanas through I-Palapa.
- Professionally assist guests with their inquiries over the phone.
- Process all purchase orders.
- Complete the month-end closing.
- Edit and close department payroll.
- Manage all department-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills are essential.
- Willingness to learn the I-Beach services reservation system.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Computer skills are required, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
