Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests to designated local destinations including the beach, town areas, and activity sites
- Operate hotel shuttles or vans in accordance with local laws, traffic regulations, and resort safety policies
- Assist guests with boarding, unloading, and managing recreation gear or personal belongings
- Provide helpful information about resort amenities, outdoor activities, and local attractions
- Maintain shuttle cleanliness, fuel levels, and report any vehicle maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with the hotel team to coordinate pickup/drop-off timing
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, approachable, and proactive attitude
- Drivers may keep all tips provided by guests; there is no tip pool for this role
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Clean driving record and ability to operate a passenger shuttle or large vehicle
- Comfortable lifting recreational equipment or luggage as needed
- Previous guest service or transportation experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a guest-first approach
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
